July 19, 2014 began our annual family trip. The  year of 2014 our trip was driving Pacific Coast Highway to Canada. With the most breathtaking views. I felt overwhelmed by the beauty. One of our stops was San Francisco, CA. My parents had never stepped foot in San Francisco which made it an ideal stop, that way they would be able to experience the Golden City. Walking around the pier 39, greetings of locals, and such beautiful art made my parents enjoy their time, since then they have been talking about the yummy clam chowder that we found at a local spot. Of course we had to visit the Golden Gate Bridge and were able to walk across 1.5 miles. I’m personally scared of heights but it was such a thrilling feeling walking across such a great structure.
