Kia Ora! Bula! June 29th, 2014 was the last day my body was present on the grounds of Fiji but my heart is still present throughout the country of Fiji and New Zealand. I have since then been very grateful of this opportunity that I took. In the beginning I was very hesitant about the trip because of the financial aspect and traveling with no one i knew, but I did not let that stop me from taking this chance. From experiencing different foods, meeting new people, being around different languages, to building life long friendships. It has given me great respect for people around the world especially from third world countries. If you notice yourself complaining about something of no importance just stop and think about all that you have because others can have less than you and still be the happiest people. Enjoy what you have and if there is any time you can give a lending hand to someone, do it…
